Decision on extradition to criminal prosecution in Rwanda is lawful

The case concerned the decision of 29 June 2012 by the Ministry of Justice to extradite a Rwandan national to Rwanda where he has been charged with i.a. genocide and crimes against humanity.
The Supreme Court established that the decision to extradite the Rwandan national is lawful.
The High Court/Court of Appeal had reached the same conclusion.
